Training: Let's SQUAT

Taking the two time a week approach for squats again, I seemed to make pretty solid progress when I was doing this max set training method. I transitioned into the Smolov routine which ultimately didn't really net me much progress given the time I spent doing it.

So back into this and for the first couple weeks I won't be pushing too hard, I need to bed in steady and keep grinding away at my dodgy hammy.

Day 1 Top Sets

145kg x 5,5,5

Day 2 Top Sets
