I have had hold of this preworkout supplement sample for a while, it is The Curse! by Cobra Labs. The product was Lemon Rush flavour and claims the following benefits:
INSANE ENERGY
EXTREME MENTAL FOCUS
HUGE MUSCLE PUMPS
GREAT TASTING
Mixing it up is fairly straight forward, just tipped in with around 250ml of water and a few shakes ended up with a mostly dissolaved product. A little sediment at the bottom of the shaker that eventually joined the solution. It tasted very lemon drop-eqse. Winner for me, could have as a normal drink.
Ingredient profile is pretty straight forward with each category displayed as a sized proprietary blend:

Within half an hour I had a much better feeling of well being and felt pretty good about the workout ahead. It was a double session, which had me taking on squats and bench. I rattled through the lifts with little worry of being unable to finish what was set out by my routine. Reps felt good, strong and fast. The only signs of flagging came at the end of my bench workout (after squats) which had me fail on a second rep of 135kg. I felt I had a pretty decent pump on and vascularity was pretty decent which is a big feat in itself with my current body fat levels! Luckily, my forearms and shoulders have always been pretty good for staying lean.
There was no notable side effects, no dizziness or shakes, no need to sprint to the toilet and most importantly no crash or sleepless night to follow. This was a good preworkout that got the job done. I would recommend anyone looking for a new pre worout to give The Curse! a try as it is fairly cheaply priced too.
