Really tough session, weight not moving anywhere near fast enough. Felt like arse muscles didn't even want to do anything.

Bands WU in 20kgs x 5

140kg x 3 155kg x 2 170kg x 1 190kg x 1 202.5kg x 2 No Bands

Speed - 170kg x 1,2,3,3
