Training: Weekly Recap October 2015

Bit of a drought on the videos last week as I was away on a training course with work. I got to visit Vicenza in Italy where I got to see no sights or do any cool stuff... sad panda.

Anyway, this video vlog covers the sessions I recorded last week with the highlights of each being a seriously weak as fuck fail on bench press of 135kg, a weight I've easily repped in the past.

Deadlift still going good with my ham and arse not causing too much trouble, even though I have moved back to flat shoes. Flat shoes give a much stronger feel and pull for me, although the heeled shoes definitely helped with keeping hamstring pain at bay.

Squats have been half decent, feeling strong with them. Singles with 170kg and 175kg moving fast enough to feel good about.

Other than that, I've been a bit behind on getting the videos out that I said I would, so I will try and squeeze some time in this week to make the following videos:
