Training: 172.5kg / 380lb Squat Triples

Shoulder was playing up the other day. Literally picked up a pint of water and found that my shoulder was aching afterwards. FML.
So got up early to do my AM bench session... nope. Got up to 80kg x 10 and it felt really nasty in there so I called it a day. Figured I would have another go with the football bar afterwards and see how it felt. It felt better but it is soooo fucking awkward to use the football bench bar without a hand off. Got up to 115kg x 4.
Squats went much better. Top sets of 172.5kg for 3 sets of 3 with a final paused single. Coming to the end of these 10 weeks now I am ready for some time off. Body feels totally raped.
