135kg x 2 Paused Bench | 167 5kg x 3 Squat Max Sets

Training from yesterday, bench and squat... the usual...
So bench has worked it's way back up to 135kg x 2 this time all reps paused, first rep was no problem, second rep... longest, nastiest, grinder rep of my life!
Squats decided to have a go with trying low bar but it's just not my cup of tea. So some sets I am doing my usual high bar stance, some low bar... can you guess which is which? There's a distinct difference in depth between the two however checking the side cam all are below parallel.
