So I have mentioned that deadlifting has resulted in pain for me in my hamstring and glute ever since I messed up on the 215kg x 2 earlier this year. I think I may have found a way to prevent continuously hurting myself each week.
Super narrow stance.
I figured a normal stance was hurting me, sumo kills, so surely going inwards would be better. Turns out it is. So I'll be pulling like this and will hopefully stay away from snap city.
Session consisted of:
WU in 20kg's x 5's with bands 140kg x 3 160kg x 2 180kg x 1 190kg x 2 no bands / top set
160kg x 3,3,3 - bands 160kg x 3,3,3
100kg, 110kg, 120kg x 8 - SLDL
16kg kettlebell swings for sets of 100
