Bench Doubles and 160kg Paused Squat Triples

So the previous squat and bench session left a lot to be desired. Bench was failsville and squats just didn't have their usual satisfying feel.
Solution for fixing bad training sessions? Get on the beer son!
Had a night out on the last and despite feeling a little bit tender I had a pretty solid session. Bench again wasn't exactly as I planned as I missed the 137.5kg x 2, only getting a single. Had a play with the slingshot to make myself feel better.
Squats again, went for paused reps, managed a decent set of 4 triples with 160kg. Funny to think earlier this year 160kg was a weight that frightened me. Not any more!
