Squats and Bench Training

Quick VLOG over yesterdays bench and squat training.
I was hoping to hit 135kg x 3 this time after getting it for 2 the other day but I was feeling way too taxed. Arms are heavy, moms spaghetti.
Paused squats 140kg, 145kg and 150kg all for 5 felt straight forward enough but I just felt tired and beat up and not really interested. So I called it a day.
