Back in the Gym...

After a 5 month hiatus I am back into the home gym and back onto YouTube. Just a brief little update and some benching from this week, which highlights my weaksauce.

The session comprised of: Warm Up to 100kg x 12 110kg x 5 with Last Rep Paused

115kg x 5 LRP

120KG X 5 LRP

80kg x 20, 16
