Ed Coan Deadlift Week 3 | 5 Plate Deadlift Attempt

This was Week 3 of my second run of Ed Coan. I had a good feeling today, I was feeling very confident and strong. So I decided that the top set of 192.5kg x 2 would be a great little warm up weight to attempt a new PR.

Everything felt on point and I managed to smash 215kg, a 5kg PR for me. It was also a much cleaner rep than when I did 210kg. 220kg left the floor but unfortunately wasn't fast enough and didn't happen. It will do eventually.

Really pleased with this lift. 2014 has seen me go from an injured mess to adding 50kg to my total in 6 months. 2015 is going to be fun! Thanks for watching!
