Training - Ed Coan Deadlift Routine 2.2

Second week of the second cycle of Ed Coan and went into with a bit of beaten up glute but just carrying out the work in itself seems to have helped with subsiding the pain.

A very easy 180kg x 2 was on the cards for this day. Happy with the speed. 180kg is a weight now that I know I could roll out of bed and pick up if I wanted to. It used to be the kind of weight that made me think "I'll either get it or I won't".

Speed deads and SLDL to follow, the SLDL third set I was totally shagged got to admit.

Pin good mornings and back extensions to help further bolster my Posterior Chain. Finishing with some seated rows, I do these underhand for 15-20 reps just to get a nice stretch and promote blood flow.
