So in light of the 5 Plate deadlift I put up the other day you may have noticed I have been adding an extra slide to my intro saying "Powerlifting for PSPA".
I'm trying to raise awareness for the disease Progressive Supranuclear Palsy and one of the main charities supporting it, the PSPA. PSPA offer help, advice and support to sufferers of this currently incurable disease and has already being a massive help and source of comfort to my mother in law who recently being diagnosed with it.
Any donations to my fundraiser are greatly appreciated but even just helping raise awareness by sharing this video on social media is a massive help. If you have someone in your family who is displaying the symptoms described in this video it may be that they could be suffering with it. The disease is so rare that is often mistaken for other later stage diseases / conditions.
The video I mention in the video (inception) is here:
Full information can be found on the PSPA website here: http://www.pspassociation.org.uk/
Again many thanks to anyone who helps with this cause.
Thanks for watching!
