Gaspari MyoFusion Elite Protein Review

In this video I gave Gaspari Nuttrition Myofusion Elite a try. This was Peanut Butter Cookie flavour. I'm happy to say that I enjoyed it and would definitely give it a go again.

Now... quickly one thing that I am aware of that I am not sure if it was cleared up or not by Gaspari. It was found that Gaspari (amongst other brands) have been adding in Taurine and Glycine in order to increase the protein count without having to use a high purity whey (90%+ isolate etc). You can see that these two aminos are present in the ingredients list. This is something you may want to take into your consideration.

As always; Protein supplements are not magic powders, they are just convenience food. They are not the sole reason behind you "getting gains". Diet and Training must be on point, protein supplements are just food to be used within that scope.
