A while back I took the site down to do some much needed improvements to layout and format. It just wasn't easy enough to navigate for visitors and it was very time consuming for me to update it with content due to lack of ease! Well I have now relaunched the site with a new look and feel with the hopes of once again helping people get motivated and on track with their own body transformations and strength goals.
