PES Alphamine Fat Burner Review

Ok so here is the conclusion to my run of PES Alphamine, a potent fat loss support supplement that claims to help retain lean mass and targets trouble areas in terms of fat loss. To learn more about the product, check out my initial thoughts in this video:

The Verdict:

I love PES Alphamine. So much so that I bought a second tub. I feel it has really helped to mobilize the fat in my lower back, chest and abdomen, areas which last year I had a hard time with.

I didn't feel much in terms of Energy from the product, nor did I feel an appetite suppression benefit (one thing I always look for in a fat burner). However, I am happy to forego these benefits for the way that my hips and waist have shrunk whilst my weight has pretty much stayed the same!

Both flavours of Alphamine are nice, the raspberry lemonade is nicer than the fruit punch IMO. They mix instantly and leave little to no residue.

Also, be aware that the European / UK version of this product contains no Yohimbe, the ingredient which makes it so effective. The US version (the one that I have) does include this ingredient.

REMEMBER.... this is NOT a miracle powder, nor is any other fat burner. Make sure you have your diet in check first and that you understand the concept of calorie control before you waste your money on a fat burner... no caloric deficit = no weight loss.
