Recipe: Low Fat High Protein Burger

Simple recipe for making home made Chilli Burgers which are low fat and high protein... something a lot of people into fitness and bodybuilding like!
Ingredients:
250g 5% Beef Mince / Ground Beef 30g Mozzarella Cheese 2 Sandwich Thins Salad of Choice Half an Egg White 1 Fresh Chilli Half Small Onion 2 tsp Hot Spice Rub 1/2 tsp Bird Eye Chilli Flakes
OR
Salt Pepper Herbs for Seasoning if you don't like it hot.
Method:
1. Finely chop chilli and onion. 2. Place all ingredients into a bowl, mix together. 3. Form a ball with the meat and split into equal balls. 4. Shape into flat patties of desired thickness. 5. Put in fridge to firm up for minimum 20 mins, bring out 10 mins before cooking. 6. Get pan sizzling hot, oil side of burgers and place onto pan - cook for around 3-5 mins per side depending on thickness. 7. At final stage of cooking sprinkle on the cheese so it melts, place under grill if required. 8. Plate up and enjoy!
